When to expect your DivaSquad Order 

Parcel deliveries are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days from the order date.

Orders made before 9am AWST are generally booked for pickup the same day; for orders placed after 9am AWST, please allow an additional day.

While your pickup may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to inform you via the email address or phone number you registered for your purchase if any significant delays occur.

The DivaSquad says you should order as early as possible.

 

COVID and New Collection Delays 

Our warehousing Divas work their hardest to have your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible (usually within 2-5 days), but there might be some COVID-19-induced delays and interruptions outside of our control. There might also be delays after releases due to the high volume of orders! We’ll do our best to keep you updated, and if you are in doubt, feel free to reach out!

TNT Business Address (NON-Residential) Delivery 

To avoid processing and delivery delays, please beware of the following. 

For your TNT Business Address Delivery to be valid, the address must be a business in a 'commercial' location and NOT a registered business/company in a residential home. Please keep in mind that an additional $70 fee is incurred if you still need to send it to the given delivery address before booking and wish to send it to a residential address. 

The location of your order for delivery is checked, and if not suitable, we will contact you to either: 

1. Change delivery address, 

2. Send to your nearest TNT Station for you to collect directly from them,

3. Send an invoice of $70, which will need to be processed before booking to send to the given address, 

4. Send with Australia Post, which will incur additional shipping costs and may take longer for you to receive,

5. Offer a refund, which will incur an admin fee of $20, 

 

All of this put extensive delays in sending your order to you, so please ensure the correct address is given at checkout, or contact us immediately here.

So please check your address and, of course, do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns at hello@mydivasquad.com. 

The TNT/FedEx oversize surcharges and fees are not in our control and are implemented by TNT/FedEx. Although DivaDolly Australia Pty Ltd does not set these fees, we try to give you options to avoid them.

If we cannot reach you, or you have ordered during our busy periods (such as a new collection launch, Christmas, or comp seasons), we may decide to automatically send it to your nearest TNT Station for collection, not to have your order delayed further. 

We are very sorry for this inconvenience this may cause. 

 TNT do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Dance Desire Pickup

Orders selected for Pickup via Dance Desire - Ashmore are packaged and sent from our Perth warehouse via TNT. Standard packing and shipping times still apply. This option is for those who need access to a business address and would like the convenience of Dance Desire's industrial address to avoid TNT's oversize charges, as stated above.

(Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery) 

 

Orders with Decals 

Decals are created manually; they are works of art. While we endeavour to make your decal as soon as we can (usually within two days), in peak periods, orders containing decals, please allow an additional 5-7 days for these to process.  

 

Express shipping 

Selecting express shipping means the postman gets your order to you faster after collection from DivaSquad HQ. However, we process orders in the order we receive them, and thus your order will still take the usual time for processing, as outlined above. 

 

Your order may be sent in multiple shipments. 

To optimise shipping times, some orders ship in multiple packages and thus may arrive at different times. If your entire order does not arrive within five business days of the initial box, don't hesitate to contact us! 

 

Locations we ship to

We ship exclusively to all Australian and New Zealand States and the UK.

 

DivaDollys shipping outside of Australia

All DivaDollys shipped to New Zealand will be shipped in two packages, so they may arrive on different days, though they leave our warehouse simultaneously. If your entire order does not arrive within five business days of the initial package, please get in touch with us

We do not currently ship DivaDollys to the UK. However, all other DivaSquad and DivaDolly products are available to be shipped. 

 

Standard order processing time

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and up to 5 days for delivery. DivaDolly/Petite/MoxieDolly/Nail Tables and all other oversized items shipped via TNT are same-day pickups Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) if ordered before 11 am AWST, with all other DivaSquad products sent via Australia Post, Mon/Wed/Fri (excluding holidays).

 

Safe shipping tips

We do not accept responsibility for stolen merchandise once delivered. Please ensure that there is someone to receive your package or somewhere safe and secure for your parcel to be left. For speed, safety and security, we recommend always shipping large items to a business address if available.

Shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand

We currently ship in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. If you are interested in International Shipping to other locations, please get in touch with DivaDolly, LLC at info@divadolly.com.

 

Recalling or cancelling a dispatched order

Since your order has been shipped, we cannot refund your shipping costs and will incur an additional $30 to have it recalled and sent back to us. Please consider this if you need an order in an urgent matter. We do recommend ordering as early as possible.
