COVID Delays 

Our warehousing Divas work their hardest to have your order packed and on it’s way to you as quickly as possible (usually within 2-5 days), but there might be some COVID-19 induced delays and interruptions outside of our control. There might also be delays after releases due to high volume of orders! We’ll do our best to keep you up to date, and if in doubt feel free to reach out!

When to expect your DivaSquad Order

Parcel deliveries are generally delivered within 3 to 8 business days from the date of order.

Orders made before 11am AWST are generally booked in for pickup same day, for orders placed after 11am AWST please allow an additional day.

While your pickup may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to inform you via the email address or phone number which you registered during your purchase if any major delays incur.

The DivaSquad recommends you order as early as possible. 

TNT Business Address Delivery

To avoid processing and delivery delays please beware the following.

For your TNT Business Address Delivery to be valid, the address must be a business in a 'commercial' location and NOT a registered business in a residential home. Please be aware, there is an additional $70 fee incurred if you do not state the correct delivery address. Before booking the location of your order for delivery is checked, if not correct we will contact you to either:

1. Change delivery address, 

2. Send an invoice of $70 which will need to be processed before booking, or

3. Offer a refund, which will incur an admin fee of $20.

All of which puts extensive delays on sending your order to you. So please check your address and of course, do not hesitate to reach out if you have any queries, or concerns hello@mydivasquad.com

Orders with Decals 

Decals are created manually, they are works of art. While we endeavour to make your decal as soon as we can (usually within 2 days), in peak periods orders containing decals please allow an additional 5-7 days for these to process.  

Express shipping 

Selecting express shipping means the postman gets your order to you faster after collection from DivaSquad HQ, however, we process orders in the order we receive them, and thus your order will still take the usual time for processing, as outlined above. 

Your order may be sent in multiple shipments 

To optimise shipping times, some orders ship in multiple packages and thus may arrive at different times. If your entire order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the initial package, please contact us

Locations we ship to

We currently ship to all Australian, New Zealand States and UK exclusively.

DivaDollys shipping outside of Australia

All DivaDollys shipped to New Zealand will be shipped in two packages so while they are sent at the same time, they may arrive on different days. If your entire order does not arrive within 3-4 days of the initial package, please contact us

We do not currently ship DivaDollys to the UK. All other DivaSquad and DivaDolly products are available to be shipped. 

Standard order processing time

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and up to 5 days for delivery. DivaDolly/Petite/MoxieDolly/Nail Tables and all other larger items that are shipped via TNT are same day pickup Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) if ordered before 11am AWST, with all other DivaSquad products shipping via Australia Post, Mon/Wed/Fri (excluding holidays).

Safe shipping tips

We do not accept responsibility for stolen merchandise once delivered. All packages are insured, so please ensure that there is someone to receive your package, or that there is somewhere safe and secure for it to be left. For speed, safety and security, we recommend always shipping large items to a business address if available.

Shipping costs are based on weight and postal address and calculated at checkout. For speed, safety and security, we recommend always shipping large items to a business address if available. 

Shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand

We do not currently ship outside of Australia, New Zealand and UK. If you are interested in International Shipping to other locations, please contact DivaDolly, LLC at info@divadolly.com.

 

Christmas guaranteed delivery cut off date

We have been advised by our shipping partners that because of COVID related logistic delays, to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas you'll need to place your order with us as early as possible. Orders placed too close to Christmas may arrive to you on time, but we are unable to provide any guarantee.
